Considering that laboratory science graduates from paramedical faculty are working as experts in public and private hospitals and laboratories, and these people after continuing their education in various scientific fields with specialized doctorate degrees as faculty members in various universities They will be employed all over the country, therefore, the proposed program of the laboratory science department is aimed at training efficient human resources equipped with modern knowledge to enter and continue studying at higher levels of graduate education and increase research activities according to the scientific potential of the faculty members of the department.
 
This program briefly consists of:
1. Implementation of necessary laboratory standards to ensure quality and safety in the group's laboratories
2. Production of educational content and promotion of virtual education
3. Setting the groundwork for the use of new educational methods in cooperation with the EDO Education Development Office of the faculty
4. Monitoring the activity of the research council of the group and evaluating the research projects of the professors of the group
5. Holding short-term skill courses in laboratory sciences
6. Improving the educational processes of the group in order to update the quality of education according to the defined standards
7. Following up on the educational problems of the students with the cooperation of the honorable vice-chancellor of the faculty
8. Updating the group's website to provide enough information to users
9. Holding regular group meetings for consensus, providing educational and research solutions and participating in collective decision-making
11. Planning how to schedule semesters and provide course units according to the Ministry's instructions for students
11. Supervising the internships of students in the laboratories of hospitals and clinical centers with the cooperation of the professors of the department
12. Holding required skill workshops for laboratory science students based on the opinion of interested students
